About Alison Cone

Alison is a native of Washington State who relocated to California permanently in 1994. She had a successful career in education prior to committing to a career in Real Estate. Alison believes that communication and understanding are a two-way street and she actively listens to her clients. She works tirelessly to meet the needs of both the buyers and sellers she represents.

 

Alison has a thorough knowledge of our local market and understands market trends in each area of our desert, as well as trends in specific price ranges. This knowledge helps her sellers maximize their profit and helps her buyers get the best deals in the desert. When Alison is not working in Real Estate, she enjoys the outdoors in our amazing desert climate, as well as having a great appreciation for mid-century architecture. She recently remodeled her own mid-century Rancho Mirage home.
